We employ over 1900 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers across London, the East Midlands, Southern and the East of England.This roleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Later Living to lead the operational delivery and strategic direction of our national Later Living services.You will provide senior leadership across a large and geographically dispersed service, shaping plans to improve both the quality and supply of homes for older people, while ensuring excellent customer outcomes, regulatory compliance and strong commercial performance. As a key member of the MTVH Support leadership team, you will act as the organisational expert in Later Living, influencing service innovation, business growth and sector-leading practice.
